“Wellth” fund not paying what it promises!

Discovery and their empty promises and minimal coverage and expensive premiums are driving me up the wall! Went to an ENT for a consultation for my wife, phoned discovery before hand and they said the consultation will be covered from my “wellth” fund, as I have over R5000 available, nothing was paid, as usual. Phoned in and the discovery rep even said he doesn’t know why I wasn’t paid and that he will get back to, that was last week and still no response!!
