Well done to the Discovery Health Staff that go the extra mile.

I was totally humbled by the call back on my previous complaint to Discovery Health. The professionalism of the staff member unfortunately I did not take his name he listened to my queries assisted me where he could and transferred me to the required department again with great assistance from both ladies in chronic department as well as the DCC program. Atleast after all my discussions I could answer all the questions the Ophthalmologist reception required. Thanks again I'm sure Discovery Health thinks I just complain but I do give complements when they well deserved.
