Well done on the service

<p>Today I called the discovery call centre with a query. A lady by the name of Rania/Reyana Basadien answered the call and what a pleasant lady. She assisted me as much as she could and then transferred me to another department. Due to there being no answer she took down my number and said she will call me back once there is someone available who can assist me. Within a few minutes she called back and transferred me. This afternoon she gave me a call to find out if my problem was resolved. Well done to her as this is great service! Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to her. This is the type of service any member would want.</p>
