Well done Discovery!!

I received some invoices from the lab which Discovery couldn't assess as they said the procedure code was incorrect - lab insisted it was right... Spoke to Yolanda Dyantyi at Discovery who was really empathetic, even she couldn't establish the reason, needed to send this for review and promised to call me in a day or so, which she did, claim paid by Discovery and she left a message on my phone as soon as payment was made. Really great service, great follow up and I'm very impressed!!
