Well Done
Previously I complained about Discovery Health's poor communication practices but today I am happy to report on a turnaround on that. I lodged a query to them on the 16th and this morning I received a phone call to clarify the matter. Well done, please keep it up.

We all have to remember that the income we get comes from somebody somewhere who entrusted their money to the entity who gives a portion of that to the income receivers. We are therefore, albeit it being, employed by each other. We are, collectively, compelled to give back the best of our talents and ability in what we do for a living.
