weight loss programme no dieitician????

firstly always having a bad experience with these guys i was told i would have new dietician two days ago and now i am told i will have one 3 days later ? how the heck does this work? if plans was in place as promised then this could have been avoided. why must there always be such bad service from you guys in the first place why did you give me a dietician who would quiet in the beginning i would really appreciate if you can give me one who will start and finish the program with me as this is what i am paying you for and this is what was advertised its so frustrating getting a hold of you guys. a full hand over was promised yet nothing was done about this and now you want me to wait another 3 days. this is so pathetic
