When is your 24 hours turning around on this web query exactly: The Website query ***) was initally sent on 17th October, to which you responded on the 18th October as follows: "The email address we have on file is different to the address you have used to contact us."

I rectified this, and re-submit my query on 04th December, to which an automatic response was received, indicating a turnaround time of 24 hours.

Today is the 09th December, this my query was never resolved. I even called on the 05th, but gave up as I remained holding in the line for more than 10 minutes to get a simple query resolved. Further to the BS of high call volumes, you don't even have the option to allow the customer to leave details and get back to him.

Please resolve my Website query ***) with no excuse, please.
