Website login issues

The consultants were great, especially Zanele who called me back knowing I was angry and frustrated and likely going to vent at her. So 5 stars to the consultants.

The website is terrible though, if you forgot your username or password trying to get it all sorted out is incredibly frustrating and the messages you get are not helpful at all, which is why I ended up calling in and taking it out on whoever answered my call. So 0 stars to the website.
