WEBSITE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR MONTHS NOW !!!!!!

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME WHEN YOUR WEBSITE WILL BE WORKING? I HAVE TRIED THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE WORKING AGAIN ?????
