'We don't pay out to our clients who are white! They have had their time of priviledge...our management encourages us to not pay out to white people...whatever the circumstances....'

More than a week ago I asked Discovery why a pathcare bill on my chronic account hadn't been paid. I was assured that it would be sorted out by the 14th of April , it is now the 22/4/22. I spoke to Siphokazi today and she didn't have a clue about what was going on...no surprise there. I asked to be put through to her manager....still waiting 10 minutes later....then he hung up on me....
