Uncompassionate and unectical practice! Way to go Discovery, kick ur clients while they are down. I have officially lost hope with you guys. Firstly before considering my request, you should atleast really look at it, date wise aswell. You claim to have carefully looked into my request, but you don't even know the proper date! I will not be renewing my subscription with you guys for 2021, both my husband and I were loyal clients for years, the ongoing fight and issues is not worth it, its not like your services are cheap. Both my questions addressed to you in my email were not clearly answered. As I said, your broucher does not specify no payment for late post maternity checkups. You cannot expect me to take a 6 week new born baby in public transport and leave her unattended while i have my checkup done especially during Covid. Nor was i informed that I will be paying for PPE as per your agreement to your contracted doctors. You have no right to agree to any cost on my behalf without informing me as a client. You explaining what you normally pay PPE for has nothing to do with my case and if you looked carefully, you would have seen that there are 3 other PPE cost unpaid which if you say you normally cover should be paid out of your maternity benefit. Anyways thank you for your services thus far, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
