Watch out for SMART plans - PMB DIAGNOSIS CONFIRMED HOWEVER ADMISSION DECLINED!

Benefits advertised when I joined the scheme is TOTALLY misleading. Admission declined even though ALL scheme rules followed! WATCH OUT ESPECIALLY on SMART plans as their "exclusions" and terms and conditions become more and more when you need to be admitted. PMB condition confirmed, however AGAINST ADVERTISED BENEFITS now declined

NO, Stop lying. You called me to say "someone is looking at my "problem" you did not answer any of my comments, this reply only posted by DISCOVERY'S Public relations team to try and hide the real false advertising of benefits issue

Even more reasons for DECLINED MRI even though PMB diagnosis confirmed. Now requested to complete dispute form which will take 30days - WATHC OUT - THEIR CLINICAL PROTOCALS Declines PMB treatment - scare how they can find loopholes for anything - changing schemes asap
