Wasted funds

I have cancelled my gym member ship in Nov 2023, unbeknown to me that i had to cancell my Vitality life as well. Now Discovery is charging me R449 for something that i am not even using. They could have advised me to cancell this offering when i cancelled my gym member ship. I am currently unemployed and now to loose this money is a lot for me. I am so upset about this. I am a single parent as well. this is ridiculous
