Waste of money

In April my wife was in a car accident and was taken to the ER department at a hospital that is listed as Approved on our medical aid. Now our policy clearly states that we have 100% emergency hospital cover. Yet I had to pay R666 out of pocket for the emergency department and get an invoice for R1665.60 afterwards that states the medical aid rejected the claim.

What am I paying more than 10% of my salary for if you don't cover what you claim to do in the policy?

I feel this is false advertising. Waste of money.
