Warning: Be Aware of Post-Cancellation Charges

I wish to warn prospective members of the billing practices at Discovery Health. Despite paying a high monthly premium, my account was billed for a significant amount upon cancellation. This charge was for funds that had previously been allocated from my so-called "savings" and used for medical expenses.

This clawback of funds is not transparent and places an unexpected financial burden on the member after their policy has been terminated. This practice, combined with the disproportionately high premiums, makes it difficult to recommend this medical aid
