Wakeup call from 2014
We received a call regarding outstanding debt on our medical aid. We told the lady to email the debt summary and she said if we do not pay no claims will be approved. The amount is R154.22 from 2014. Now how do you realize in 2022 that an amount of R154.22 is outstanding in 2022 and now threaten elderly people with no claim payments. This is shocking to say the least.
Please make contact and sort this out.
