waiting too long

my GP send in a specialist referral on the 23 of February 2015. i had to make my appointment the next day with gynaecologist as there is a waiting list. i got appointment for the 13th of March 2015 witch is okay as i will have my authorisation number with in 2 days as stated on the form. today is the 10th of march 2015 and still i have NO authorisation number to go to the gynae. and no one can give me answers to..<br> i had to put in leave from work for the 13th to go to the gynae. if i don't cancel the appointment then i must pay out of my pocket for it. if i cancel to late i must pay out of my pocket the late cancel fees. and if i cancel my appointment and discovery desides to wake up when will i then be able to get a new appointment.<br> just like the mess up they made with loading my son on my plan were now we have to wait another month before he is on. and just like i am still waiting for my discovery / clicks card for.<br> my monthly payments are up to date and in fact i have R102 credit!!!!.<br> every thing was going well and then discovery slips up again because they are looking for away NOT to pay.
