Waiting since Wednesday for hospital auth

I've been sick the whole week and been waiting for a specialist Authorization from Discovery since Wednesday. How fair is this? I'm paying them in time every month but my health is deteriorating every day because they dont care. I'm in need of a hospital but they can't admit me without that auth and Discovery is taking its time 😭😭😭
