Waiting periods

I recently moved from Medihelp medical aid to Discovey as I heard such good news.

Unfortunately my experience is not the same. My previous medical aid stopped on the 31st of December 2017 and I joined Discovery on the 1st of January 2018. They told me I have a 3 month waiting period because I have Eczema. Now my Eczema was covered on the previous medical aid until the 31st of December 2017. I now have to wait to see a doctor until the 1st of April to help me with my Eczema as it is flaring up so bad on my hands that I can't do my work. I asked the lady at the call centre whether there is anyone else that can assist me with this as I now absolutely need to see a doctor as this is affecting my normal way of life, and she just said no - she did not even tried to put me through to a manager who can perhaps assist nothing.

I really feel like changing back to my previous medical aid as Discovery won't even try to help or accommodate me in any sense.
