WAITING PERIOD

My family have been discovery health members for about 5 years and never before have we had such bad experience. In January we cancelled our membership to look at other options. After 3 months we decided to rejoin discovery. <br> <br> The first payment went off end of March for April. We even received a 'Welcome to Discovery' Email.<br> <br> On 7 May 2015 I took my daughter to the GP because of ear infection. The Dr informed me that the medical aid will not cover this due to a waiting period. Apparently there is a 3 month \WAITING PERIOD"if you rejoin Discovery. During this period you pay your full premium but you are not covered for anything. <br> <br> They literally make you pay for something you do not get!! This is ridiculous"
