waiting over 1 months for chronic medication and still no answer

Worst medical aid ever- they are gone too big to worry about their clients-i need my chronic medication and this is from last december and yet no one is able to assist - they do not return calls neither take accountability yet my premium comes off religiously every month, Discovery is gone too big and cannot cope with the level of service we clients deserve,they know they have the monopoly and dont give a damn attitude
