Waiting on my claim!

<p>I went to Discovery Store Cape Town to complete the Health and Fitness assessment. They told me I can claim the back for th e Fitness assessment, because I am on Discovery Coastal Saver medical aid. I've sent through the claim, etc, and it was rejected. I had to phone the discovery store to find out what's happening. For some reason, there was an issue with the system and discovery incorrectly rejected my claim. I've sent this claim through on 26 Feb'17 already. So they acknowledged the problem and sent me an email. But now I don't get any feedback and is still waiting for my claim to be paid out. Can someone please assist?</p>
