Waiting for promised feedback - agent and supervisor - as always - empty promises

Dear Discovery

It has been two weeks; first week waiting and waiting for your agent to phone me back...that never happened. Then last week, after spending another 32 minutes on the phone, and being assisted with a supervisor who phoned me back with confirmation that all is now sorted after he went back to listen to the call audio........I am still waiting. He was told I could not contact him again directly, but you can also listen to our last conversation LAST WEEK where the call was ended saying that he can guarantee me with 200% cer*****y that YOUR SYSTEM ERROR will not decline the claim again. I am waiting...as always when dealing with Discovery.
