Waiting for authorization from Discovery/Dr Chopdat Lenmed

Waiting for authorization from the 19th February On Friday the 6th March i received a call from Discovery. They're still waiting for Dr Chopdat for results. A lady by the name of Eileen called me and told me the delay is from Dr Chopdats to rooms. I told the lady if this isn't sorted out within this week, Discovery can cancel my medical aid. Its a waste of time.
