Waiting for 6 Months for my medical aid card.

I joined Discovery Health at the beginning of December 2014, it is now June 2015 and I still have not received my card. I followed up in March 2015 and was told that my card is on the way. I still haven't received it. I made another call last week (23 May 2015) and was told that my card will be sent to me via courier. It's now more than a week later and I still don't have my card. Surely a courier is overnight as I'm in same area?<br> <br> I find this unacceptable and refuse to take the excuse of \the postal service is on strike".
