Waiting 8 months for my MSA to be paid out

This is my second complaint, because i see you guys don't follow up on any comments on the first complaint. I would just like to say you guys should really try and contact E-tv or maybe M-net and start your own "Candid Camera" show. I ended my medical aid with you guys back in June 2018. I actually lost my job back then and couldn't afford the medical aid any more. They told me i am getting my MSA money back and it should take about 4 months. Today its been 8 months? Sometimes i feel like looking for hidden cameras! because this cant be real? I Have to phone you every second day, just to speak to someone new and get a new reference number, or to say please give me 3 days so i can open a query for you. How can you guys be one of the TOP medical scheme's but you take 8 months to pay my money back? You guys promised me on the 21st January 2019 that they money will be in my account in 72 working hours. I phoned again the 28th January 2019 and said i'm still waiting for money , where they promised me it will be in by the 1st of Feb 2019. Today is the 4th of Feb 2019 i phoned 2 different people who said i would have to wait another 2 days for them to open a query? I am fed up with you, are you guys going to give me interest on this money? you almost have my money for a year? Can i get any feedback what so ever?
