Waiting 7 weeks for discovery health to come back to be about hospital stay that has not been paid. Altough I received both times full authorization.

I have been twice admitted in Denmar hospital. Both times I was assured that I's fully covered and authorization was given this was the first stay from 26.06.17 to 5.07.17 and second stay was only for 5 hours on the 7th July. They billed me now for hospital stay but not the treatment I received? It has been 7 weeks now that I'm waiting for an answer, 6 operators later at call center and speaking to head office. Nobody can tell me what is going on. The replies I get is the same. We will get back to you. Still investigating, There must be an error. Week for week same answer. How long does it take to investigate claims? I'm really getting frustrated with their service. Discovery time to sort out problems. Also going to medical board because this is unacceptable.
