Wait two years for midical aid card

For the past two years and after verbal and written requests Discovery Health have failed to deliver our medical aid card. They are nothing less than useless!!! Every time we visit the Dr,dentist or hospital we have problems. After I drafted a letter to them stating my problem they promised that they will hand deliver the medical aid cards within 10 days.... Well today we are at the hospital with my son and we are still waiting. I have never received such utter useless service. I am considering launching a court application to compel these idiots to deliver my cards.... Only time will tell!!!! These *******s love taking your money but hates giving service. How difficult is it to deliver a medical aid card after so many failed request... Please consider discovery as your medical aid if you want to pay allot of money for absolutely useless service... I have had enough!!!!!
