Voiceless contact frustrating

Why is it impossible to speak to a consultant at Discovery Medical Aid. I have a query on my tax certificate.....and trying to follow up on it ...I simply want to talk to someone...not got through a zillion voice prompts ....to do so. Given the costs of medical aid, why can't you just phone a number and a human answers?????
