I also would like to thank Yolile N****eni from the Call Centre, he was so patient, friendly and EXTREMELY helpful - definitely the best customer care service I have had - EVER!!!
It does not go unnoticed, and I would like to thank him so much, I was struggling in my explanation and he was so patient, and so helpful.
