Vitality updates not worth it anymore!

Discovery vitality used to be great for the rewards and deals you could get. I had been saving up my vitality active rewards specifically to get a new pair of sunglasses form sunglasses hut. I needed 15,000 discovery miles because of my diamond status I got a 25% discount. This was great and as of today, I was only 5000 miles away. I figured I would get there this year. But then this morning, you changed the system and the discount you get is based on the number of products you have. So now my discount is only 5%!!! So now I need 9000 more mile to get what I was hoping for! I have loved the vitality discounts I get, especially on the flights but now I have to have more products. First of all, I cannot get ANY Discovery bank products because I don't have an ID number and because of lockdown, home affairs has delayed this. I won't get insurance with you again because you are not the cheapest or best provider. The only reason I am sticking with Discovery for medical aid is because my work pays 100% of it and will only pay for Discovery. The vitality updates do not make it worth the money anymore and I am so annoyed that after almost a year of saving, I can't get what I want.
