Vitality premium mess up

Good day I cancelled my discovery vitality in December due too false advertising. 3 months free I was debited 3 months..that money was refunded too me in late December. I then added 2 minor dependants onto my medical aid effective 1jan 2021. I was then debited 2128 on the 25th Jan . I was then told i activated vitality and was charged for 3 months back ...i dont want any dealings with vitality. Every month I want to pay my medical premium of R439 per child and that's it ..please refund me what is due immediately thank you.
