Vitality points when sick

I received my second vaccine shot two weeks ago, and fell ill, I was not able to go to gym and obtain my weekly fitness goal, I emailed Vitality and asked them to please allocate me points due to the situation. I was informed that points allocation is only considered during serious conditions the one example being surgery. I had an operation done in January this year, I emailed Vitality for points allocation as I was not able to go to gym for months, I was informed to fill out a form, upon which I did and emailed back, till today I never received feedback even after continuously following up. So it seems that even if you’ve have an amazing track record of living an active live as discovery always encourages, when you are not able to make that weekly goal due to recovery down time that’s pretty much your problem as recovery isn’t living healthy? I went back to gym under the pressure of hitting my weekly goal on Monday and unfortunately relapsed and almost passed out, as much as you encourage people to get vaccinated it would be nice to look further into the side effects and warrant recovery time and points allocation. this has made me understand why people literally go to gym to just swipe their cards or ask friends to wear their watches in order to make their goal, I understand you can’t police everyone but surely if my track record is in high standings and it drops exponentially there is something wrong, especially when I tell you something is wrong. Well guess I have to find an active puppy to do my bidding for me.
