VITALITY POINTS ??

Refusal by Vitality to credit my Parkrun results after it coming to my attention that I needed to link it to Discovery.

I was not given any reason as to why this could not be done and was told they can do me a favour and credit me with one run.

Parkrun send runners an email after each run completed and I presume that the same info would have been sent to Discovery had it been linked? There is no doubt that I did the runs (15 in total now, credited with 2 after linking to Discovery).

This may seem petty on my side, but I did the walks and I’m entitled to the points.

There are other races where members can submit their results. It is also well known that many members go to gym and just scan their cards, do not exercise but get their points!

This says a lot about Discovery when it cannot accommodate their loyal, paying clients. Some are saying that on social media that rewards on Vitality have been curtailed because of Vitality Open.

Maybe these resources and costs would be better spent on paying members! I look forward to your prompt reply!
