Vitality Pathetic Service - Cant book my flights because of spelling

Extremely pathetic service from Vitality. I sent 4 emails (reference numbers below) over the past 4 weeks to fix my son's spelling so that I can book Kulula flights. I received 2 phone calls from Vitality saying that they will fix the spelling. Up to now the spelling is still incorrect. I cant believe how long or complicated this is. The 2 people that were responsible to change the spelling must be held accountable and be fired because really, how difficult can it be. I NEED ASSISTANCE PLEASE HELP!!! VITALITY CANT BE THIS PATHETIC REALLY!
