Vitality more like Mortality

I joined vitality to improve quality of my health but at this point it feels like I signed up for a stroke. 1. No one seem to know about the email we received for free activation with the gym.... Been calling - gym was the motivation of joining vitality. 2.Fitness device won't link - yes there's a problem but zero updates. Taking my device back as its faulty just admin and stress. 3. Smart me decided yes vitality insurance - terrible mistake. It won't record my trips keeps telling me my Bluetooth or GPS off especially after the car had been stationary more than two days. 4. I wanted a life cover and investment with discovery someone called me once (granted he got hold of me after a few tries) was busy then silence.... Thank u won't be needing it anymore. At ti's point I want all things discovery cancelled unfortunately can't cancel the medical aid too. I would if I could.
