Vitality Goals achieved - Yet no rewards - Board no playable

I've already achieved two of my vitality goals. Yet I have no rewards. The app says I have until 05 Feb 2019 to play the board. When I try to play the board, its all greyed out.

Also, it seems the reward of my other goal I achieved is lost.

I've been struggling most of my morning trying to get this setup - I'm so annoyed right now. Tired of wasting my time!
