Vitality discontinued without my knowledge!!

I had vitality for past few years, and it has been discontinued somehow. I had it attached to life cover and wanted it to move to medical aid, but looks like representative misunderstood and discontinued it. I lost my benefit status, paying higher to gyms and few more losses. When I tried to connect through chat option, it says, I don't have vitality so I can't ask queries regarding it.
