Vitality cash back query

Discovery Vitality what do you have to say for yourself? I have had a cash back query outstanding since mid May, and have been told it would be sorted out 1 June. Well guess what, it is 6th june, and still nothing. Sheldon ref no *** has been ok with phone calls, Telling me sending to back office and escalating , BUT NOTHING GETS DONE. Cash back points outstanding from APRIL , just over 1900 miles, and may should be paid on 7 June! I AWAIT MY miles to be paid into my account For April and may????? What are you going to do about this? Why do members have to resort to reviews, BEFORE DISCOVERY WILL DO THEIR JOB? oh BTW live chat down!!!! Discovery incompetence continues
