Vitality Active Apple Watch - IMPOSSIBLE to activate benefit

I have been trying for over a month now to activate the Vitality Active Apple Watch benefit on the discovery app, where I eventually land up on a page to set up my OTP - the problem is that it is impossible to set this up, as there are no call to action buttons. I contacted the Discovery help line on numerous occasions where I have been sent around in circles. No two consultants can give me the same story. I have requested to send e-mails on numerous occasions to various addresses.... no response. I have been sent to Discovery Bank..... can't help. I have been told OTP consultant will contact me within 2 working days..... no response. No one seems interested in assisting me, let alone resolving the problem. Not impressed at all, just a big rip-off
