Vitality a waste of time

So I have paid for my vitality and still my medical aid is not linked to my vitality membership. Each time I phone to ask they promise to get back to me before the end of business and that never happens. Nevermind the hours I spend holding online waiting for someone to tell me its done. I honestly dont need this hassle. It's best you cancel the vitality and return my money and I just keep the medical aid. Looking at hellopeter I see vitality doesnt even respond to complaints. So that says alot about them.doesnt it?
