Vitality *****

I was contacted by discovery vitality to make use of there 3 month free trial from oct to dec 2023. In nov 2023,i contacted vitality to ensure the membership was cancelled as of end of dec 2023.but i was coerced into keeping the vitality, at a lower premium for myself at R99 per month,which would start in Jan 2024. Today i received my payslip, and discovery has deducted R538 for the membership, i even received an email in 2023 confirming they would only deduct R99. Could i please be refunded immediately, and my vitality membership cancelled immediately aswell. Unacceptable to be ****** by the medical aid this way.
