Virtual consultation

Contacted Discovery Health to confirm if I still have 6 free doctor’s consultations after my savings are exhausted. I was told YES but now ii will have a virtual consultation through Dischem or Clicks clinic. I went to Musgrave Dischem and was assisted by an amazing nurse but when he loaded my claim, Discovery rejected it. I ended up paying more than what I could have paid if I had used my local GP!!! Discovery Health let me down and I am upset!!!
