Violating my rights
I was not informed of an outstanding amount owed to discovery health for a 2012 medical premium I got a call in 2020 from a lady requesting I make payment and I did and sent the notification through but they have listed a default on my credit
I think this service violates my rights as a consumer and is absolutely appalling
