Victimized Customer at Discovery Health Claims Department

I am 9 months pregnant and about to give birth real soon. Since the beginning of my pregnancy and maybe even well before that EVERY TIME I pay health provider and then submit my claim, my claim never gets captured leave alone processed. I have to ALWAYS ffg up by calling and complaining. I even speak to mangers or consultant who apologizes then escalates the claim and gets it captured and processed for payment. I follow all the correct channels or protocols & yet this happens every time over and over again. All calls are recorded so. O one can lie or dent this. I once even cried over the call with a manager due to pure frustration in the pregnancy continously begging for my claims to be captured & processed. I feel victimized because how come this happens to me every month and now every week. Many managers apologized and assured me this is not the case but yet it keeps happening. The claims department is so pathetic and useless in terms of their service its shocking. I think they look at my ID no and decide to give me a hard time on purpose but to take my monthly premiums they are too good on that. Poor customer service, poor management, poor training and pathetic service provider. I can't put down one reference number because every single reference number of mine was an issue and always needed escalation.
