Vibrant sound processor hearing aid implant, processor not paid after 2 months

I want to know here en who can assist me at Discovery

My daughter was 5 years old when she went for a sound bridge hearing implant operation on 23 October 2023 which was authorized, we have been going through this whole traumatic event and had awesome assistance from the ENT Dr Gawie de Villiers, the audiologist Linda Haasbroek and MED AL and Discovery up and till now, how do you go through the whole implant and the the sound processor the is the device that will make the implant work doesn’t get paid it has almost been 2 months

This whole operation was traumatic for my family especially for my daughter we had to sent her to therapy which some had to been paid out of our own pocket She is going to grade 1 in 2024 and now she doesn’t have her processor Why did we go through everything since February 2023 till the opp on 23 October 2023 and now the processor which was authorized doesn’t get paid.

I need urgent assistance from someone at discovery please
