Very very unhappy Discovery Heath client and soon to be ex member😡

I am horrified at the response from Discovery and am going to take it to the Ombudsman. I am been charged R8000 co payment for a procedure I had done in the hospital. My understanding was anything that is done in hospital should be covered under your hospital benefit. The doctor was paid and all the assistant doctors were paid for this procedure so why do I have to pay the R8000. I should have been told upfront that i would have a co payment of approx R8000. When i had this procedure approx a year ago it was covered in full. This makes no sense.
