very useless cover

i was not going to complain the last time i was *****ed over, but this time i have had it. a month ago you covered Augmentin for my daughter, then a week later refused as I had paid a specialist R1400 to prescribe it(which i was happy to pay as i understand it is not covered). i now took my daughter to doctor, again augmentim was prescribed, then at chemist told you only cover certain meds, i took the list to the doctor, she changed the meds to these ****ty ones, adn still, no cover! no cortezone on your list for children either. absolutely useless. i would like someone to call me and explain this to me, as this plan is apparetly something that everyone has problems with, why have it if it is such *******!i could then not afford to put my kid on all the meds she needed as you cover a total of like 3 items. if i wanted a hospital plan i would opt for one. dont cover 1 medication one month THEN NOT EVEN THE MEDS ON YOUR LIST THE NEXT.*******

Dear Melinda-dames
Thank you for your post.
I have tried to contact you telephonically however have been unable to reach you.
The full amount of your Medical Savings Account is available to you at the beginning of the year, like a loan. You pay towards it as part of your monthly contribution to the medical scheme. By the end of the year, you will have paid the full amount into your Medical Savings Account.
However, if you leave the scheme have spent more than the amount you’ve paid; you may owe the Scheme an amount and will need to pay it back.
I have emailed you the additional details in regard to your query. Should you require any clarity please feel free to contact me.
