Very unhappy with Discovery Health Keycare.

I am an epileptic in 2005 i fell and broke my right shoulder. I am right handed. After that i have had problems with my shoulder dislocating. It has dislocated 11 times already the health team at discovery health keycare just shrugs their shoulders and say sorry we can not help you until it is a real emergency like losing your arm. The orthopaedic surgeon sent them a letter stating how urgently i need a shoulder replacement. Discovery health look the other way. Dislocating my shoulder means i can not use my arm for six weeks losing my job was imminent. Discovery keycare already costs R1088 per month. Now i can only upgrade at end of the year but still It is very expensive for someone without a job needing the chronic epilepsy medication
