Very Unhappy Discovery

Last week I sent in a complaint about discovery medical aid. I received a call from some department telling the same strory 3 times that discovery will not pay for a GP visit i would have to pay for it as my savings where depleted. But discovery give you 3 visits when your savings are depleted. She person that call me I find to be rude and was not listening to me side of the complain. Discovery please then let me know where and how do I go see my GP without having to run around to dischem the to the my doctor if they can't help. I have had a back operation a knee operation been hospital for pain control and a bad car accident 2 June and I am 78 years old person.
